woa! we definitely rock! check out our rest laps. yay! i mean they
aren't the best, but some are getting a little faster. cool!!

Really the rest laps aren't as bas as they look - it's that first 50 meters after the sprint - when we walk or go real slow there - it shows up in the time - but most of the lap we are still keeping the same pace.
